As advocates for the Library, the Friends promote Library use and public support. We organize fund-raisers such as the annual spring book sale, direct donation programs, and corporate grants. We sponsor an outreach program to bring the Library to the community as well as lectures and concerts. Friends share a mutual love of books and the Library.

Friends of the Library enjoy many benefits which include early entrance to booksale, before opening to the public, book discussion group participation, early notification of events through our quarterly newsletter, and membership in FOLUSA (Friends of the Library USA).
