Applications being accepted for grant funded Making Workshop for ages 12-16! We got a grant! We are excited to announce we've been selected to receive $15,500 from the Cognizant Corporation as part of their Making the Future Computational Thinking Education Initiative . Hunterdon County residents age 12-16 are invited to apply for the first 10 session online workshop. Spend your Saturday mornings making projects jam packed with all kinds of art and technology from the comfort of your home. All materials provided free. Check out a micro:bit at the library and take this online introductory class to get up and running! Meet the Micro:bit - This little microprocessor is being used all over the world to teach physical computing to kids as young as 8. The micro:bit uses MakeCode, an open source, web based block editor that quickly gets students coding and making projects.
