In-Bound Telephony Renewal System.
This system uses a synthesized computer voice, please excuse any mispronunciations.
In-Bound Telephony allows library card holders to access patron information. To ensure privacy, a Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required. If you have not yet registered a PIN please stop by the Circulation Desk of your local library, or give them a call. To use In-Bound Telephony, you will need:
- a touch-tone telephone
- your library card number (the barcode on the back of your card)
- your registered Personal Identification Number (PIN)
To access In-Bound Telephony, dial the following telephone number, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:
Please listen carefully to all options before making a selection. Initially you will be asked to enter the full barcode from your library card, and your PIN.
If the item(s) can not be renewed, it will tell you. Items can only be renewed twice. There are no renewals for items which have holds on them, or if a Final Notice has been sent for an item. In order not to accumulate fines, renewals should be done before 9:00 PM on the date due of an item.
Infrequently, during periods of computer maintenance, In-Bound Telephony will not be available.
