The Hunterdon County Library is a designated service center for the NJ State Library Talking Book & Braille Center (TBBC). We have an Outspoken Library kiosk in our Reference Department, on the upper level, which can be used to learn about the TBBC's free programs. These services are available to anyone whose ability to read may be affected by a physical impairment, a reading disability, or a vision impairment. Anyone who has difficulty reading standard print or holding a book or turning the pages of a book may be eligible for the TBBC's services.
