In-Bound Telephony Renewal System.
This system uses a synthesized computer voice, please excuse any mispronunciations.
In-Bound Telephony allows library card holders to access patron information. To ensure privacy, a Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required. If you have not yet registered a PIN please stop by the Circulation Desk of your local library, or give them a call. To use In-Bound Telephony, you will need:
- a touch-tone telephone
- your library card number (the barcode on the back of your card)
- your registered Personal Identification Number (PIN)
To access In-Bound Telephony, dial the following telephone number, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:
Please listen carefully to all options before making a selection. Initially you will be asked to enter the full barcode from your library card, and your PIN.
Renewals:
If the item(s) can not be renewed, it will tell you. Items may be renewed for two loan periods; the new date is calculated from the renewal date NOT the original due date. There are no renewals for items which have holds on them, or if a Final Notice has been sent for an item. In order not to accumulate fines, renewals should be done before 9:00 PM on the date due of an item.
Infrequently, during periods of computer maintenance, In-Bound Telephony will not be available.
